How do I view and manage benchmark assessments as an admin?

As a Mastery Connect district administrator, you can view teacher and student progress for benchmark assessments, turn benchmarks on and off, delete scores, and remove benchmarks from trackers.

Note: District administrators can also schedule delivery of benchmark assessments to trackers.

1. Click "Admin"

Access the admin panel.
Click 'Admin'

2. Click "Assessments"

3. Click "Benchmarks"

Select the benchmarks option.
Click 'Benchmarks'

4. View Benchmark Details

To view the benchmark contents or details from the Benchmarks page, hover the cursor over the assessment name.

5. Click "MANAGE"

In the Benchmarks page, locate the assessment you want to open and click the Manage button.

6. Click "Progress"

To view the progress page, click the Progress tab.

In the progress page, the Progress box displays the percentage of students who have begun or completed the assessment, the Trackers box displays the number of trackers using the assessment, and the Students box displays the total number of students assigned the assessment.

8. Click "Progress"

To view the Progress information in fraction form, click the Progress box.

9. Click toggle on or off

You can turn on or pause a benchmark for an entire school by clicking the availability toggle for that school on or off.

To export benchmark progress as a CSV file, click the Export button.

To view tracker information for a benchmark, click the Expand icon.
Click 'Expand'

12. Click "Menu"

To access the menu options for a tracker, click the Menu icon.
Click 'Menu'

13. Click "Remove Benchmark"

To remove the benchmark from a tracker, click the Remove Benchmark link.

14. Click "Reset (Delete Scores)"

To delete all assessed scores from a tracker, click the Reset (Delete Scores) link. This deletes any scores, but leaves the benchmark in the tracker. It should be noted that removing the benchmark deletes any scores associated with the benchmark within that tracker. Once these scores are deleted, they cannot be retrieved.
