How do I install or uninstall GradeCam?
In Mastery Connect, you can grade assessments using your computer camera with GradeCam.
For instructions on how to install or uninstall GradeCam, find the name of your operating system in the list below.
Installing GradeCam for Windows:
Close all open browser windows.
Download the GradeCam Driver from: downloads.gradecam.com.
Do not run the installer from the browser window. Instead, find the downloaded driver in your downloads list or right-click on the file name and select the Show in Folder option to view the download location.
To open the driver and begin installation, double-click the driver name. Alternatively, you can right-click the driver name and click the Run option.
After the driver has been installed, restart your computer.
Installing GradeCam for Mac:
Download GradeCam Driver from: downloads.gradecam.com.
To open and run the file, double-click the driver name.
After the driver has been installed, restart your browser.
Note: You may also want to restart your computer, though this is optional.
Uninstalling GradeCam for Windows :
To open the Control Panel, type Control Panel in the search box and press the enter key.
Find GradeCam in your list of programs and right click on the name. Then, click the Uninstall link.
Uninstalling GradeCam for Mac:
In Chrome, enter chrome://extensions in the browser address bar. Find the GradeCam extension in the extension list and click the Remove button.
In Firefox, enter about:addons in the browser address bar and click the Extensions link in the left menu. Find the GradeCam add on, then click the More Options button, and click the Remove link.
