If your district has purchased the Mastery Item Bank (MIB) or Mastery Item Bank Supplemental (MIBS), you can flag an item that is in need of review for issues like typos, factual errors, standard misalignment, bias, or scoring issues.
Open Items
In the Global Navigation menu, click the Items link.
Select Item Bank
Click the Item Bank drop-down menu [1]. Then, click the Mastery Item Bank or Mastery Item Bank Supplemental link [2].
Select Item
Use the search and filter menu to locate the item [1]. Then, in the list, click the item name [2].
Flag Item
Click the Flag icon [1]. Then, click the Next button [2].
Report Issue
Enter information about the issue using the fields and checkboxes [1].
Click the Submit button [2].
Note: Items marked with a red asterisk are required fields.
View Submission Confirmation
The submission confirmation displays.
To edit the submission, click the Edit your response link [1].
To flag another item, click the Submit another response link [2].
