How do I create a math formula item?
In Mastery Connect, you can create a math formula item. A math formula question is a fill-in-the-blank item that requires the student to enter a mathematical expression using the keyboard or an on-screen keypad.
You can create any item type through the Item Editor. You can also add passages to items, add item-level tools, and save the item. To open and use the Item Editor to add passages, add item-level tools, and save the item, learn more about:
- Creating an item in your personal item bank
- Creating an item in the district item bank as an administrator
- Creating an item from within an assessment
Note: This question type is now deprecated, meaning it will not be updated in the future. Consider creating a cloze math formula instead.
