How do I email student reports to all parents at once?
You can email a student report to parents from the tracker options. The parent email contains an optional custom message from you, a default message, and a link to view their student's individual report online in the parent portal.
Open Tracker
In the Global Navigation Menu, click the Trackers link [1]. In the Trackers page, click a tracker name link [2].
Open People Options
Click the tracker More Options icon [1], and select the People link [2].
Open Parent Email Window
Click the Email All Parents link.
Send Message
The email template displays a list of all available parent email addresses [1]. You can manage the recipient list by clicking the email checkboxes [2].
You can also preview the default email content [3]. You can add additional text in the Additional Message field [4].
When you are ready to send the email, click the Send button [5].
Notes:
- If a student has no parent email addresses in their account, their parent email is not listed on the email template. To add parent emails, add them in the student's account.
- Parents will access the report in the online parent portal by clicking the email's View Report button [3].
