The Suggestions tab highlights companies, jobs, projects, and people you may be interested in following as you grow your network. These suggestions are based off information you have added to your profile, including schools you have attended, your major, your location, etc.
Open Suggestions
In the Toolbar, click the Suggestions tab.
View Suggested Companies
The Companies to follow section displays companies you may be interested in following, based on your major, school, and network.
To view more details about a company, click the company name [1]. To get updates from the company, click the Follow link [2]. To see more companies to follow, click the See All link [3].
Note: Depending on network settings, the Companies to follow section may not display. If the Companies to follow section does not display, it has been restricted by your network admin.
View Suggested Jobs
The Jobs you may be interested section displays jobs you might be interested in, based on your major.
To read the full job description or apply to the job, click the Learn More link [1]. To view more jobs, click the See All link [2].

View Projects
The Projects section highlights projects from people at your school. To view a project, click the project name [1]. You can also like [2] or share a project [3]. To see more projects from people at your school, click the See All link [4].
View Skills
The Skills section displays the top ranking skills that other Canvas Student ePortfolios users with your same major have added to their profile. Click the name of a skill to add it to your profile.
View Top Ranking People
The People section displays the top ranking people at your school. To view the user's profile, click their name card [1]. To send an invitation to connect with a user, click the Connect link[2].
