To manually record student scores and mastery levels, you can enter raw scores in a tracker.
Open Tracker
In the Global Navigation menu, click the Trackers link [1]. In the Trackers page, find the tracker you want to add raw scores to and click the tracker name [2].
Open Assessment
Find the standard you want to assess, and hover over the column header for that standard [1]. Then click the Assess link in the column header menu [2].
Add Assessment
Click the Add Assessment button [1] or the Add Assessment icon [2] to add an assessment for the standard.
You can also add raw scores to existing assessments. Click a score field for the existing assessment [3] and enter a raw score using your keyboard.
Add Assessment to Tracker
In the Add an Assessment window, click the Enter Raw Scores button [1].
Then, in the text boxes, enter the new assessment title [2], the maximum possible assessment score [3], the minimum score for mastery [4], and the minimum score for near mastery [5].
To save your changes, click the Add To Tracker button [6].
Enter Scores
In the new assessment column you created in the Tracker View page, click the empty score field and type in the score for that student. On your keyboard, press the Enter key or use the Down Arrow key to save that score and move to the next student.
Notes:
- If you don't want to enter scores in order, click the empty score field for the student whose score you want to enter next.
- The mastery status for each score will automatically be calculated and saved in the tracker.
