Manage Assigned Reviews in My Tasks
How do I know when I've been assigned to review a product?
When an individual is invited or assigned as a Reviewer in the request process, they will receive an email notification informing them of the request and a link to the specific review form. (see below).
Where can I manage my assigned tasks?
Click on the link in the email notification or from your LearnPlatform account click on My Task>Reviews from the top menu bar
TYPES OF REVIEWS | REVIEWS ASSOCIATED WITH |
---|---|
Workflow Assignment | Product Requests assigned during a workflow |
Product Review | Product Requests assigned from the request dashboard |
Application Review | Provider Applications |
Search by product or application name, filter by Review Type (see table above), and open/closed reviews.
How do I submit a review?
- Locate and click on the tile/row that contains the review to be completed.
- Answer the questions, provide additional information, and/or execute steps included in the review.
- Click > Submit Review
Note: Reviewers have visibility to the original request form that was submitted, and any previously completed reviews, as well as any automations that occurred before the task was assigned to them. This additional information is located underneath the reviewers assigned questions.
Required question: Do you recommend this product?
Every reviewer is required to answer the question: Do you recommend this product?
The options are: Recommend, Neutral, and Don't Recommend with the ability to leave additional details.
Note: recommending or not recommending a product does not mean that this product is approved or denied.
How do I stop a workflow?
Stop the workflow by clicking the blue Stop Workflow button in the right corner of your review. Include a message to the requester, and apply automations ( set new status, set new privacy status, add new tag, remove tag)
Note: If the workflow is stopped it will not move to the next step. The workflow can be restarted again, but it will start from the beginning of workflow.
What is the difference between stopping the workflow and submitting your product recommendation?
Stop Workflow | Product Recommendation |
---|---|
Will not continue onto the next step of a workflow | Will continue to the next step of a workflow |
Optional (used if the workflow does not need to continue) | A required question for every product review |
