[ARCHIVED] Gratitude for Here (Cross posted in Meta Community)

Community Champion

Scott Dennis and Instructure have done a remarkable job constructing this community.  Both the radically innovative notion of including customers in the discussion of product direction, and the implementation of it, make this place invaluable, and, to my knowledge (surprisingly) unique.  As with any product, I encounter frustrations with Canvas, but when they occur, the community, both in its concept and execution, gives me the feeling that I'm not alone and abandoned in an uncaring universe.  I can't begin to say how important I find this.
