Not working

I have assigned my students their test. However, when they click on start assessment it will go to a white screen or pop up no internet connection. I know the internet is fine because they can get on everything else except their test. Anyone know how to help a panic teacher out? lol

Hi @MichelleAlewine - The system encountered an issue on Wednesday, and I assume you are all set now. I am sorry for the panic this caused! Should anything be failing for unknown reasons in the future, you might want to check the product status page for issues.
