New platform extremely slow

I went to create a new assessment using a bubble rubric. When I input the score for options A, B, C, D, and E, I couldn't use the tab button to move to the next box, and when I clicked in the boxes to enter a number I had to click multiple times before the program would move the curser in this box. Also, I would enter a number and the number would disappear so I would have to go back and enter the number again. It seems like this new platform has a HUGE bug that needs to be addresses asap. Are there any ideas for how I can speed up the program? Or am I at the mercy of the creators of this new sub-par platform?
