password and username for intranet Banksia Care portal

Hi, new student here trying to access the Banksia Care intranet portal. I have to do a role play and the page told me to click the link and enter password and username.
Does anyone know what this is? I can't find that in my student handbook either.
I have to read some policies before going ahead with the role play. I am in Western Australia and my teacher has finished for the day.
Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Hi Tracey,
That is likely a school specific question that may not be able to be answered here but your best bet if you're troubleshooting on your own for now is first to see if your login is the same as your school login or if there is an option to log in with SSO. If not, try using the forgot password option with your school email if that's available. You may need to wait for a response from your teacher though unfortunately if those options do not work.
