Looking a t posts about finding CSM they all answer with you'll get an email which begs the questions.
When I ask the contact person when we started this year, I was told someone would be in touch. No touching happened and I was able to figure out most of the problems (which have been solved a few minutes talking with a knowledgeable individual instead of hours of research and guess and check).
I need to get the CSM to open Canvas Data Portal but would also like the school's CSM so I can save time to actually create and teach.

Hi Kristin - I hope you still work for instructure - I am in the same boat and don't know who my Customer success manager is nor have I ever heard from them. Could you please get someone from that team to contact me asap? I need permissions changed and Commons to be accessibly by our Teachers and not just admins as is currently the case.

Hi. Please enable Canvas Common. It shows contact Success Manager.

Please reach out to your school's local Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education team. They should be able to reach out to their assigned CSM team at Instructure to inquire about enabling Commons for you and the other instructors at your school.
