Good morning Canvas Community,
I am an ID working with several faculty members from our biology department. They are collaboratively working on a shared course. In it, they have been copying item banks that are being used in New Quizzes, but they have mentioned that when they tested it out in production earlier this semester, students were encountering broken images.
I know this has been a widely discussed issue, and in my searching, I've read that keeping images under user files is the best method for preventing these issues. Being that these item banks are being copied over by different faculty members, has anyone encountered some best practices for a similar situation?
