Since there is no real way to get support I thought I'd post here.
As an observer, I can see 2 students on the mobile device. The same account on the website only has 1 student in the drop-down.

It’s been a while since we’ve heard from you. We hope you are doing well and that you’ve found an answer to your question! If not, I believe contacting whatever Canvas support options you may have available will be the best solution, since community members cannot access your specific canvas account or environment to see what might be happening.
