Llevo 4 días sin poder visualizar ningún video de clase que tenga la plataforma , pensé que tenia que ver con las actualizaciones de mi pc y lo actualice hasta mas no poder lo reinicie pero sigo con el mismo problema con lo cual he tenido que utilizar mi móvil para ver las clases pero , es horrible de aburrido la verdad no me dan ganas de coger el movil para ver las clases desde el. Aparte me distraigo mucho quiero poder ver las clases en mi pc , alguien sabe que puedo hacer ???

Buenas tardes pues si trate de comunicarme con mi tutor de la la U pero por alguna razón no vio mi mensaje, así que lo que hice fue descargar otro navegador y pues me funciono perfectamente, muchas gracias por su atención y recomendación.

I am sorry to read that you are experiencing issues viewing videos in your course. Unfortunately, this issue is difficult to diagnose here in the Canvas Community website because most people here do not have access to your school's Canvas environment or your course. Have you tried contacting your instructor to see if he/she can help figure out what might be going on with those videos? It might be that the videos are not linked correctly in the course. However, that would be a question for your instructor. You can contact your instructor by following the steps in this Guide:

Another possibility for you would be to contact your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department. They may be able to go into your course to help figure out what is going on with those videos, and they may also be able to contact your instructor on your behalf.
