I had Canvas on my old phone and it worked just fine. I got a brand new phone about a week ago, and now I cannot log in at all. I know the password is correct because I can still log in on my laptop. I'm sure it's related to the fact that my phone is new.
I tried reach out to University IT and they just said, "we don't recommend using your mobile device to access Canvas" and then closed the ticket.
There is also no QR code for my university as a way to get around the password login.
I've tried uninstalling and deleting the app and then reinstalling with no luck. Any ideas what to do next?

There is a possibility that whomever your teacher is, may have closed the mobile canvas app for that school, try asking whoever your teacher or principal is
