I cant use it an nothing shows up for me

so when I try to open the app I only get a white screen. can anyone help with that?

Hey @ErynDaley ,

Thank you for posting on the Instructure Community!

I've had this happen to me a few times, and the solution for me was to fully disconnect from the WiFi and re-connect to the network. From there I was able to log back in and interact with the mobile app as expected.

If you still get a white screen after a prolonged period of time, never hesitate to reach out to support directly!
