add questions to studio lecture videos in batch mode?

Is there a batch mode way to add multiple choice questions that pop up on the lecture video so students can click to answer before moving on wit the lecture? I know it can be done using individually using the studio, but with 18 lectures, each with 30-45 minutes content, doing this individually is a bit daunting.

It would be very helpful to be able to do this using some kind of batch mode, maybe there is a file formatted in certain way that can be uploaded to studio? 

If not, where is the question text and answer stored on studio for videos with such questions and answers? What format is the text file for those questions and answers? 

I really hope someone can answer this.

From my experience, there is not currently a function that would allow you to add questions to studio quizzes in a batch/bulk way. This seems to be a limitation from what I can tell. However, this might make a great feature request. I did not see any ideas related to this when I searched for Studio. 

I don't know the answer to your second question about where the question text and answers are stored on studio for videos using the Studio quiz function. I assume that this information might just live within your studio account. I know that If you try and share a studio video with another user, any quizzes added to a video are not included when the video is shared.

Ok, I made a post requesting the feature.

I guess it all depends on what type of file format the overlaid video quizzes are in. It's not too difficult imagine that they have to have time stamps, and are in some kind of xml quiz format like qti, and have additional data for the overlaying the video. 

It would be nice to have access to the file structure within studio and see the files being used, and be able to edit them.

I apologize for any confusion , But as of now , there is no batch mode feature in Canvas Studio to add multiple-choice question in bulk to lecture videos. Each question need to be added individually. The question text and answer are stored within the Canvas Studio platform itself and are not stored in a separate text file. I understand that this may be a daunting task for your 18 lecture, but currently there is no alternative method available.
