disable to edit my name

after i select edit setting button, the my name still can not be changed. How can I fix it?

Hello @丁浩轩 ...

Not all schools allow their users (students, instructors, etc.) to change their name within Canvas.  This might be a policy at your school that you'd need to confirm with the Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department.  The information in these documents also indicate that you might not be able to update your name on your own.
