Two domains, two canvas accounts - merge into one?

I have two canvas accounts at different domains:

• districtname.instructure.com
• canvas.instructure.com

Can I merge them?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to merge your accounts, as both of them are managed by two completely different instances on their own domains by different people.

Thanks for letting me know. I get it I guess, but its mildly frustrating to have to switch back and forth.

@raskinj Absolutely, and I understand where you're coming from. I am a user of multiple Canvas instances myself, and it can be frustrating to switch back and fourth.

But yeah, since they are managed by two different instances and those instances have their own admins, it won't sync because it's technically like two whole different "platforms" lets say that can't sync together, even if it's the same email for both accounts.

Hey @raskinj !

With everything that I have experienced with Canvas over the years, no, this is not possible.  If something has changed over the years and there is now a way to do this, I would love to hear about it.
