I just noticed that one of my courses has a very strange looking Traditional Gradebook. It appears that nobody has a score, but if I look at Gradebook History, I see the scores. See attached.
I have not made any changes to the course setup (to my knowledge) yet for this one class, instead of the grade, a weird little icon that means nothing to me. It is kind of annoying as I cannot easily look up grades alphabetically and I do not have time to go through any contortions of downloading and sorting that way when I just want to see if a person has completed this course.
What does this mean? Can it be fixed, so that I will see the scores and not the weird little icon that like most icons looks like nothing recognizable?
Let me know! Thanks!

Hi @ElizabethWI,
Are those columns in the gradebook Canvas Quizzes? As far as I know, you'll usually see that icon in the gradebook for quiz assignments that have not had all of the questions that need manual grading (like an essay) individually scored yet. It's likely your gradebook history is showing the total for the auto-graded questions, but you'll continue to see that icon in the gradebook until you score the rest of the questions for each student. If I am incorrect about the quiz assumption, please let us know!
