Test/Exam keeps loading when clicked on begin/start

Anytime I must take an exam, I have to do it through Canvas. I can click on the given assignment; I get a message asking me to open the Lockdown Browser. The application does open, I can log in with the teacher's given password, but when I want to start the test/exam it keeps loading without anything coming up.

What browser are you using?  For me, chrome has provided me the best experience.

Here are some things to try:

• Make sure you are using a compatible browser.
• Make sure your computer is up-to-date and your browser is up-to-date.
• Clear cache on your browser.
• Restart computer.
