Good morning,in graded task it shows a blank white screen,im using a 2013 model macbook air

Hi @Sebastian_KAL,
As your Macbook is a 2013 model, it is no longer able to run the latest macOS operating system releases. I believe the latest system that Macbook can run would be Big Sur, which is now almost 3 versions old. The white screen is often caused by out of date operating systems or browsers, which I have a feeling is the case for you as well. I would suggest updating your operating system to the latest Bug Sur update, and potentially using a browser other than Safari, as other browsers will be able to be updated independently for a longer period. Ultimately, as your Macbook is 10 years old, you may need to use an updated device now or in the near future to ensure Canvas works correctly.
