Mastery Paths Not Working After Migrating Classic Quizzes to New Quizzes and Importing

I imported an activity into New Quizzes that originally had Mastery Paths configured. However, after importing it into another course, the Mastery Paths did not function correctly.
After troubleshooting, I discovered that the original developer created the quiz using Classic Quizzes with Mastery Paths and later migrated it to New Quizzes. It seemed to work fine in their course, but after importing it into my course, the Mastery Paths configuration was broken.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Are there any known limitations:
- When migrating Classic Quizzes with Mastery Paths to New Quizzes?
- When migrating Classic Quizzes with Mastery Paths to New Quizzes and then importing them into another course?
