We have numerous Course Blueprints which contain primarily Storyline-generated SCORM files in the learning modules. These blueprints then become the basis for our active sections. We have not had any issues in the past when copying these sections.
As of last week, however, even though the content has not been updated, we are having significant, widespread problems in any newly copied sections because the SCORM packages cannot be located.
Suggestions on what possible causes/solutions?

We're having the same problem. Instructure sent global emails on 8/5 and 8/20 about SCORM issues, and said they resolved it, but apparently that's not the case.
I'm sorry to hear this feedback, and I wish I had a more straight-forward answer.
Please reach out to Support again. The advanced support agents I have collaborated with shared this as the appropriate next step. I recognize that this is an additional step for you, but it'll help our agents and Instructure engineers diagnose the issue.
