New student did not sync into Canvas from PowerSchool

A new student enrolled last week and has been in PowerSchool since then.  He is not showing in Canvas.  Any thoughts on why this might be?

@glaviolette Hi! You'll probably want to talk to Canvas support directly regarding this student as they'll be able to trace where the issue may lie. You may also want to talk to your SIS team just to make sure that the student is enrolled properly into courses with the correct enrollment date. In any case, Canvas support can help.

Great to see that you got some help from @melodyc_lam!  You may already be aware...but just in case...Canvas Support is separate from getting support here in the Canvas Community website.  Often, people here in the Community are fellow users just like you, but you will occasionally see Instructure employees chime in on various threads.

Canvas Support folks that handle the help desk might not be as visible here in the Community...as they are most likely handling tickets that come in to their department on a daily basis.

Anyway...just wanted to throw that out in case anyone was wondering.  I hope it helps in some way.
