It's saying that I left the Test page, but I did NOT.

I took a test on Canvas, and on my log, my teacher is saying that it says I left the Canvas Test page multiple times, however, I did NOT leave the testing page at all. Why is it saying that I did? I'm very confused as to why it's saying that. I have no reason or want to cheat. Can you help me?

While I cannot say what scenarios cause that message in a quiz log, I can point out that the How do I view a quiz log for a student? - Instructure Community - 580 guide says, "Quiz logs are not intended to validate academic integrity or identify cheating for a quiz" right in the first paragraph, so Instructure doesn't intend for the logs to be used to detect cheating. This is a conversation you'll probably need to have with your teacher or others at your school though. You could point them to this document, but ultimately your teacher or school officials are the ones who will make decisions about academic integrity issues.
