Invisible Text in Project Submissions

We are finding that data populated from dropdown drops project in templates are not appearing when viewing students' submissions via Speed Grader.

Annotations from PDF digital stamps are not visible when using Speed Grader.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Any suggestions on a resolve?

Downloading multiple documents to assess is not the best use of time.

Hi @NatalieCussell,

I'd honestly suggest that you report this to Canvas support.  DocViewer (the tool that shows files in Canvas/SpeedGrader) is generally pretty good at showing most content, but I don't think it's guaranteed to render every single file exactly as it was created (certain fonts, for example, are unsupported and will be substituted).  Support may say this is a limitation of DocViewer and to download the file(s), which I know is inconvenient, but at least that would be a somewhat official answer.
