It should definitely be going to your email. Have you checked your spam? Have you checked that your email is confirmed via Account - settings? For context, here is the gudie on how to export the roll call report:
If it isn't working, and it's not in your spam or any email on file with Canvas, you'll probably want to contact Canvas Support directly and they can check your settings and ensure it's set up correctly.
