Error message in Talent by TORSH external app

I have activated the Talent by TORSH external app using the consumer key and shared secret information from my TORSH account. The app appears in my course navigation options; however, when you click on the TORSH Talent option there is an error message "System does not exist with matching LTI consumer key. Please check your Canvas APP configuration for TORSH Talent". I have double checked the information and it is correct. Any ideas on how to correct this?

We have finally solved it! We have the TORSH HIPAA compliant platform which has different instructions than the integration process for the nonHIPAA compliant accounts. Long of the short of it, from the apps option in the account settings:
- click view app configurations
- click the blue App+ button at the top right of the screen
- configuration type should be set to "by URL:
- add the consumer key and secret from the TORSH Account LMS Integration settings
- confirm the Launch URL from TORSH to finalize the setup.
