I have sent several messages reporting that I am not able to access Canvas on any computer. I can log in but icons or the options to go into my modules or access is not available. I have been issued a ticket but my issue has not been resolved. It has been 2 weeks that I am not able to do anything on my canvas. I have not gotten an email from anyone about this issue. Is their a number I can call? I need this issue to be resolved ASAP!

If you are taking Canvas classes through your school, you will want to contact the Help Desk at your school for assistance, since members of this community do not have any access to your school's Canvas environment.
