Canvas Grade Passback

The new grade passback with PowerSchool is giving us major issues with errors, and we can't seem to resolve any of them at the site level. We have turned in multiple cases and contacted our Priority Services team, but we are stagnant in finding resolutions.  Is any other institution having similar issues? I need direction on how to proceed with getting things resolved.

What happened with the cases you opened with Canvas? Anything that was unable to be resolved by the first point of contact likely should have gone to the SIS team directly. Did you ever contact your CSM? There shouldn't have been a system wide issue regarding this when you originally posted. It can be difficult to resolve an issue like this here in the forum without looking at the specifics of your setup.
