You might want to reach out to your school's Online Learning/eLearning department to see what suggestions they have. This might be a case where they will just need to create a new user in Canvas for the guest speaker and then enroll him/her in your course with a specific role. They may even have a "Guest Speaker" custom role set up for situations like yours. But, that would be a conversation that you'd need to have with folks at your school. Hopefully they will be able to work with you and your guest speaker to get that person access to your Canvas course(s).
