Thank you for reaching out! To answer your question, yes! You will still receive notifications for those conversations threads -- even though you may have deleted them. Furthermore, once someone responds to that same thread, your deleted copy of the previous responses in the thread will be restored. In other words, you can see your previous messages if someone else responds to the same thread.
