Adding new items to the Gradebook after the course has begun

Dear Canvas Community,

I regularly strive to have students stay current and active with new research, findings, best practices, content, etc.

With the aforementioned as an established platform, I would like to know and learn, how to add items to the Gradebook during a course's term.

Hello there, @MVARELA3 ...

Any graded columns in your Gradebook are related to the assignments in your course (found on your "Assignments" index page).  So, you would need to create a new assignment in your course in order for there to be a new column in your Gradebook.
