We use Google Drive LTI 1.3 for students to submit assignments. It works for the most part but we've been encountering an issue for our students that use ipads. When they click the drive tab or logo is simply says Launch Error.
Attempted fixes:
Resetting Drive LTI app globally.
Logging users out of all google accounts and then back in the their school email only.
Clearing cache and accepting cookies
Different web browsers, Chrome,Firefox, Safari + Canvas Student App
I have seen some advice suggesting there is a way to de and re-authorize this app within individual user settings (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gi6slg5q_lg&t=62s) but I don't see those options in our version.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks!

Hi @MarkOkenn,
For Safari and Chrome on the iPad, have you disabled the "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" setting?
"Control privacy and security settings for Safari" section of "Browse the web privately in Safari on iPad" at https://support.apple.com/guide/ipad/browse-the-web-privately-ipad8ea0fc1a/ipados
for Chrome on an iPad, I have not found an official guide from either Google or Instructure but these might help:
- "Enable 3rd party cookies in chrome browser on an ipad" at https://support.google.com/chrome/thread/274582893/enable-3rd-party-cookies-in-chrome-browser-on-an-...
- "Enable Cross-Site Tracking on iPads" located at https://support.uscsd.k12.pa.us/kb/article/402-enable-cross-site-tracking-on-ipads
- "Enabling access for Google Chrome on iOS devices" located at https://cdn.csu.edu.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0010/4069828/Enabling-access-to-Google-Chrome-on-iOS-d...
