Canvas support

I cannot get into my canvas app. Each time I try it asks me what school I attend. I put that school in and then nothing happens. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app 3 times now and it still has the same problem. I have also tried clearing its cache as well.

Have you tried the QR sign-in option? Sometimes that works when other methods do not.

How do I view a QR code to log in to the Canvas mobile apps as a student?
