Can’t login Microsoft to watch video

Whenever I try to watch lecture video which is from Microsoft stream and it requires to login.
I already did IOS setting and Canvas student app and turn on the slidbar ‘Allow cross website tracking’.
Every time I click the Microsoft login button, it does not work. It does not happening and does not show up anything and it is just the same page with login.
It doesn’t work on my IPad and iPhone but my laptop which is window only works. I contacted with my school IT department and they said Canvas doesn’t work with IOS well.
Please help me to solve this problem.

It sounds like it may be your browser and although Canvas supports nearly all browsers - some users may experience more issues on Safari where you can't regularly clear your cache and cookies. However, if you've got it working on other devices and other browsers it sounds like it may just be your version on the app altogether. Have you tried clearing cache there? Or deleting the app altogether? That is likely the culprit.
