I'm still digging but this is the info I have so far.
You are at the correct place for viewing the certificate. I gave it another try and it is working for me. Attached is a certificate and how it should look.
Click on “Analytics” and then choose “Completions”. Select any student that shows the word “Certificate” off to the right. It did take a little while for it to load.
If you want to go to the listing, choose any course. Here is one for you SCRPT-N004-Introduction to Scripture and the Gospel Message (1 CEU). When the course is opened, you will see the two words below,
Details Certificate
Click on Certificate. Open the 3rd certificate template Custom HTML/CSS. This is the one that is coded.
To summarize the issues, it appears that some of our Catalog customizations have become corrupted. I am preparing a help request to our CSM and want to make sure I understand completely. I do see where the logos are missing, but cannot get any of the Certificates to open, either in the course listings or Analytics/Completions. Can you walk me through?
Scott – Are there any changes occurring for CATALOG/CANVAS. Any new release notes to share. I recently had to report an issue to CANVAS/CATALOG and they are reviewing – see below.
Students are asking why the continuing education course certificate no longer includes a border. I checked the course listings and the certificate is definitely missing the border. The customized certificate has been in place since 2016 and we never had an issue. The Custom HTML/CSS was programed for the certificate and it has not been changed as far as I know of.
I also see that the CDU logo (top left side) is missing from the CATALOG registration page and the ADMIN page https://cdu.catalog.instructure.com
