People not receiving badges

We have a badge program for faculty. I issued badges in spring 2023 and again in fall 2023 with no issues. I am trying to award spring 2024 badges, but nobody is receiving the email. I don't see anywhere that I can contact anyone for support to find out what is going on. Any ideas?

Hi,
In instances like this, you can reach out to Canvas support as an intermediary. They will do their best, and if needed can reach out or send you to Credential support, or provide you with their contact method.
If you're using the free version of Credentials, then only the first badge awarded would have sent out an email. Any subsequent badges do not send notices to my knowledge, though double checking with Canvas support would be best in confirming this.
