Context Narrative Content Specific Information
Context Narrative Form
Teachers are encouraged to leave context narratives at the collection level (e.g. context of instructional setting, next steps for instruction, instructional supports that were especially effective). Teachers should not include the score of the student work, nor student names on the Context Narrative. Additional content-specific information that includes recommendations on what to include on this form can be found below.
Pre-K Context Narrative Form at the Collection Level

It is highly recommended that teachers include:
- Title of text(s) used to generate the authentic student writing artifact
- Description of the integrated task
- Identification of where to view evidence in video (if applicable)
Math
It is highly recommended that teachers include:

Kindergarten Context Narrative Form at the Collection Level
