We're facing significant challenges with the Powerschool Canvas sync, specifically regarding course naming conventions and observer account syncing.
Is there a way to concatenate section numbers from PowerSchool with course names during the sync process? For example, changing "English 6" to "English 6: Section 111" for each section? We've been informed this isn't possible, but this level of detail is crucial for accurately differentiating between sections taught by the same teacher.
Additionally, has anyone found a solution to observer accounts not syncing ? Any workarounds or solutions would be greatly appreciated."
