Courses Not Syncing from PowerSchool

We previously used the Canvas-PowerSchool API sync for getting our courses and information from our SIS. However, we were notified that this API will no longer be utilized and instead everything is switching over to OneRoster. According to the newsletter we received, the only thing that we were required to do was to submit our dates for rollover with Instructure which I believe we did. Today should have been the first day of our rollover, but nothing has been synced over as of yet. 

I am sure that there is a piece of this that I am missing, but I have received no information on how to actually proceed.

While that's never good. If you are the Canvas Admin reach out to your CSM team to get feedback. If you are not, reach out to your district's Canvas admin for more input.

If you’re the Canvas Admin you should be able to access the SIS integration page, which can show you the status of your rosters/rollover. Depending on the size of your district it could take a bit.
