Aspire/Canvas Sync issue, individual student

Hi,
We have the SIS Integration with Aspire set up, and it generally works very well. I have one student who does not sync no matter what I do. This has happened since the start of the year, and teachers end up hand keying his grades to Aspire, and we need to add him manually to his courses every term.
I've verified that all ID's match, email matches, name and spelling matches, no duplicate logins.
I've fixed issues like this before when a student changes a preferred name and email changes and the fix has corrected the problem.
I'm looking for ways to trouble shoot this I haven't thought of.

I heard back from a personal contact I reached out to via email. I'm guessing other folks might run into this, so here's the solution.
Click on each of the hyperlinks next to the SIS Integration, and search for "warnings" and your SIS ID.
There may be a way to see this in the UI that I don't know about, but this student had a duplicate ID that was not showing on his login. I was able to see it here, then do an upload to correct it.
