Retake - Took the Wrong Test

I’m reaching out regarding an issue with a district-designed test that my students mistakenly took. Unfortunately, they completed the wrong assessment. While I have generated a new access code for the same test, the system indicates that the students have already taken the assessment and does not allow me to proceed.

Since this is a district-designed test, I understand that I cannot edit or modify it through my Tracker. I’m seeking assistance to:

Reset or delete the first test attempt so I can reassign it.

Since is was created by someone at the district level, then you would need to contact the person who created the assessment or your district administrator for mastery connect.
