Resetting a standard

My students are retaking a unit test this week. It was a pretty long test so I do not want them to have to answer the ones that they already got correct. Is there a way to only reset the sections that they need support in? Someone told me to go to assess and delete the number there, but I don't know how the test will appear to the student when they go to take it. Any advice would be appreciated!

You can allow a student to continue from where they left off by clicking on  the tracker, clicking the header and "reopen test for students" Then you will choose which students to re-open the quiz for. Here is the guide:
