Mastery Connect is grading assessments as 0 while student is still working on it

While giving the final in Mastery Connect, it alphabetically graded students test and gave them zeros.  It happened to 9 out of the 24 students.  The students were able to continue to work but it scored them as a zero regardless of what they submitted.
