CA Common Core Standards

When creating a tracker for Math, I have two options to choose from:

CA: California Common Core State Standards (2010 r2013)

CA: Common Core Content Standards UNPACKED (2010 r2013)

Which of these should I choose if I am wanting to pull from California's Common Core State Standards?  Is there a difference?  I'm not use what UNPACKED means?

Thanks!

Hi!

Great question!  The packed version of the standards include the full standard with a, b, c, etc. included as part of the standard or as a sub-standard.  The unpacked version of the standards allow the a, b, c, etc. to be their own standard.  So instead of using the sub-standards, each one has their own version and can be tracked as an individual standard.
