LearnPlatform Release Notes: January 2024 Recap
This month, we released updates to the LearnCommunity library, plus enhancements to Workflows and RCE reporting.
LearnCommunity Library Product Listing Enhancements
We’ve made several improvements to listings in the LearnCommunity Product Library so K12 administrators can easily access the most important information about edtech tools, and edtech providers can ensure their profiles are updated with critical information:
Additional Digital Promise product certifications, including LER Inclusive Design, Learner Variability, Research-Based Design for Instructional Learning, Research-Based Learning Analytics, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) badges.
New LTI v1.3 integration tag and related badge enables administrators to clearly identify which tools are using this most up-to-date protocol, and empowers edtech providers to label which LTI version (1.1 or 1.3) their tool leverages.
Updated ISTE Seal information that reflects ISTE’s updated credentials.
Updated Project Unicorn Interoperability Ratings that are up-to-date with the organization’s latest criteria.
General maintenance to ensure accuracy of LearnCommunity Library listings including consolidation and/or removal of duplicate and outdated tools.
Organization Library List View
LearnPlatform users, including administrators and educators, can now toggle their organization library view from our classic tile view to a list view. This is a user setting only, meaning it only affects the view for the individual user, and is a sticky setting that will remember the user’s preference.
Workflows Enhancement: Manual Launch from Workflows Table
For any product visible on the Workflows table, administrators can now manually start another workflow via an option from the kebab menu, which is also available on the Workflow details tab. This provides more administrator control over when distinct processes begin.
Rapid Cycle Evaluation Reporting: Summary View
The Rapid Cycle Evaluation (RCE) Summary View, intended to inform higher-level district administrator decision making, is now live for all LearnPlatform RCE users.
